Technical Specialist IV

• Application support for all TDLS products.
• Develops and implements manufacturing standard procedures to meet the quality and safety standards .
• Assigns Engineering Change Notices, new part numbers, fixture numbers, and procedure numbers.
• Provides interface with purchasing, production control, and QA to purchase equipment, service, and materials, and to reduce manufacturing costs.
• Supports product management by investigating and designing new applications and special customer orders (TOKUCHU).
• Responsible for uncompromising quality to all work processes in designated area of responsibility. Has the authority to stop those work processes at any time it is believed quality is being compromised.
• Assists the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and/or manages the short term assignments (projects).

Engineer II

Build and test simple and/or repetitive control strategies, logic and operator interface functions on Yokogawa systems according to general directions given by the Lead Engineer. Compile and maintain project databases, configuration data, or other project information according to general directions given by the Lead Engineer. Create project documents according to formats specified in standard templates. Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests in a supporting role under the supervision of the Lead Engineer. Support in the compilation of data and preparation of reports for various activities such as customer proposals, FEED studies, project design documents, and test documents. Display competence with the basic engineering functions of one or more Yokogawa control systems while continuing to expand this knowledge.

Proposal Manager I

Reviews customer technical and commercial specifications and determining the adequacy of the supplied information to develop the requested deliverable.
Executes and manages the production of high quality cost estimates, quotations, and proposals for small to large scale projects as well as related service offerings.
Estimates all Yokogawa costs as well as identifying and estimating risk costs associated with project execution.
Applies company standards and solutions to meet customer requirements. Requires that the employee stay current on Yokogawa technical publications.
Attends customer pre-bid meetings, along with Sales, and provide technical and commercial support at customer proposal review meetings.
Provides various proposals including services, advanced solutions, migration, expansion, add-on; budgetary, T&M, firm fixed bid; working from defined Scope of Work, but with or without a formal RFQ.

Safety Consultant

• Works directly with customers and EPC to coordinate & facilitate technical Process Hazard Analysis reviews of customer processes.
• Plans and executes Primary and Secondary Tasks and supports the project team to achieve the successful completion of project objectives.
• May be assigned as the Lead / Consultant Engineer for multiple, simultaneous projects.

Define key value propositions for Advanced Solution Suite and communicate the value propositions through the North American Yokogawa organization.
