Senior Planning Manager

•Providing plans and methodologies with a high degree of commercial acumen at pre-qualification stage and submit/present to clients and client representatives
•Completing site visits and reports to ascertain conditions and constraints that need to be taken into account.
•Producing tender plans and programmes that are clear and understandable and demonstrate that a thorough and robust approach to planning has been adopted

Bid Manager

Due to increased work load, Willmott Dixon is currently looking to recruit an additional Bid Manager to join their team based in Manchester. Candidates should ideally be able to project manage the whole bid process from launch to handover to the delivery team.

The main role of a Bid Manager at Willmott Dixon is to lead the bid team /process in all aspects of the submission. It is essential for this role to produce high quality qualitative bid submissions on time within budget and assess technical and complex bid requirements, control and shape the bid proposals.

Sr Project Surveyor

We have these 2 current requirements for surveyors. 1 will be for projects in Central London so home location to suit. (We pay travel); the second will be initially for a project in Brighton but beyond that London and Southern Home Counties – so a Surrey base would be ideal.
