Regional Head – AML Compliance – South Africa

Formulate Polices, Procedures and Process that govern the Organisation’s Compliance Program that are in line with the respective Country Regulations within the Region & the Global AML & CTF Policies of the Group.
Execute & Continuously monitor the Compliance program across the Organisation’s operations within the Countries across the Region
Ensure that appropriate System Controls & Validation are in place to support the successful execution of the Compliance Program.
Cooperate with government agencies, local regulatory authorities, including the UAE Central Bank and Courts and ensure that such enquiries/requests are responded timely to the satisfaction of authorities.

Associate Managing Counsel – Legal Affairs – UAE

Ensure that the business operations in the assigned geographies are legally compliant and that all legal risks are identified & accounted for.
Provide advice or ensure that advice is provided on the legal aspects concerning the company operations including business licenses, employment laws, benefit systems, etc.
Monitor, evaluate and advice on the laws & regulations concerning business & any changes thereto, its impact on the business & other regulatory aspects.

Associate Manager – Marketing Strategy – UAE

Develop a thorough knowledge of consumer and product: science, marketing initiatives, market research techniques, promotional venues, brand strategy, in order to identify future challenges and opportunities that will influence the brand
Analyze & synthesize multiple different sources of data to provide strong, actionable inputs to stakeholders across the organization – particularly Senior Management
Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM etc)
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure identification & percolation of best practices, across the organization
